Gaining weight

Arrghhh.
I just looked myself in the mirror this morning and I saw that I have gained a more bulky frame, thanks on consuming my gourmet sandwiches.
Now I have to do more in the gym and my gym moments are not exactly regular and intense.

Okay, like any ordinary scientist, let us dissect the problem and propose solutions.

I became bulky because:
1. I consume a high calorie diet for a week and not just overnight
2. I do not do regular work out and usually I pig out afterwards
3. The easy fix sandwiches I have are really high calorie.
4. My clothes are too loose


Okay now, solutions:
1. high calorie- I need to cut and remove the belief that I need huge proportion to eat


2. I need to control my appetite after working out and increase the weight training-and this goes bit by bit

3. I need to cut this belief seriously. I NEED NOT TO GORGE!!!!

4. We need to cull clothes now (from shoes to tops).
Ill fitting clothes=look fat
OR
 Ill fitting clothes=not feel good image~becomes to obsessed with image

Okay okay.
Now I need to work on this and I need to commit on this by doing baby steps.
And by the way this is soo close tomy heart <3: p="">Does bread really make you fat?
