***Happy new year to me****
Changes have coming in my life lately. I do not know and I am not also sure what
prompted it to happen but it just made its way in the center stage.
I am more rigorous with work now and finally I can say that
I have improved much in my tasks as an Assistant Scientist. They may say that I
am the teacher’s pet but even though I can still hold my own in the bloody
arena.
I have stroke friendship with the other lab. It’s not much
but I think Manny made a true point about me hanging too much with expats. I
will be moving next month or even next year, away from IRRI, or even away from
home. No matter what the time is but because I have dream outside of my comfort
zone; it will only mean that I will be moving as well, and there are some
things that I am missing out if I am already acting like a weed in my own
backyard.
I am meeting Lele, Lovely, and also Carlos. They are kind
and still I have Che. With Che, I kinda miss Jini since she what I really liked
before than Ots and Lot. I even have my own nicknames for the three of them.
Baguio, Shoulder pads, and Brace. I will be talking about them in another
entry, I promised! :D
For now I am just happy how the things are starting to light
up.
