I have gained some pounds for the past weeks due to my constant travels. And since I am yet to find my other half, it would be a must for me to be my best...not only for that person but also for my self.
1. Mind-Need to read more books, watch more movies, hear more music, and experience more things.
- I will definitely have to read (at least) one journal per week; one book per month, two chapters of reference books per 3 days
- I will watch more movies like two movies per month (as much as possible in the cinema house)
- I need to listen to fresh new songs in you tube, at least I learn 2 songs per month
- I need to travel and go out more- so need to save up and open to promos from travel ads and airlines!!!
2. Body- Need to exercise and eat healthy foods!
- One cup of rice per meal!
- fruits and oats per breakfast so I will have more energy
- control junk foods!
- Make your own meal as much as possible
- Eat slowly as possible
- return to judo next year por even next week
- Sleep at least 8 hours a day!!!
3. Image-need to improve this one tru self esteem as well
- Wear good clothing-go for boy next door not too fashionista nor renegade (doesn't work seriously~)
- Be constant with taking care of skin and face! (lotion since I am getting older and facial moisturizer since its always sunny
- Need to find a good sun block or make-up to protect my skin form UV
- need to use umbrella more often
- control your anger and smile more!!!!!!!
I will start this tonight!!!!!!! Go Go Go!!!!
