Honestly, I know I am an outlier and my uniqueness has really perked me up.
This month, we had a lot of avocados so I decided to feat on it in two ways. One as a dessert, and one as a salty snack.
The avocado Ice cream is actually well known here in the Philippines.
It is made out only of avocado and condensed milk. I was introduced to dish dessert when I was in elementary by Nanay Fely. And since then, I fell in love with this dish.
The second one is actualy taught to me by Shinobu-san. I don't know if this is unique in the Japanese cuisine or unique to her family only.
It goes something like this:
Well it is kikoman soy sauce so the taste is similar to a westernized hand roll. But one thing is for sure:
IT IS DEFINITELY DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
