I didn’t coined this but actually this is the newest book I have read since Paolini’s Brsinger (Seriously, why do they always coin something by just dropping some letters in the title?).

It’s a post apocalyptic story of the Philippines by the mythological creatures that bumped you in the dark since our grandma’s are the same age as Nene down the street.I t tired adding lighter toes with having a tragic love story between Athena and River (Surprise! I didn’t see that coming!) It still turned out to be a really dark book at which gore will the main cinematic cliché if this was a film. It also posed question about morality, environmental status, social niche, and gender issues that made me see how good the writer s even though she is way younger than me. Raw talent I assume. It validated and even re-written some of our folklore since this will sedate you not to ask for the loopholes. But all in all this was a god book in which I will be recommending for young adult readers who want to have the modern feel on our boogeyman of time immemorial.
