After an unglorious weeek in the office it great to have a breather especially if this breather is considered as a part of a healthy lifestyle.
I am in IRRI again early in the morning to have a me time in the gym.
It's not being obsessed, but rather finding one's self with a rhetorical question:
"Could I also have a healthy lifestyle admist my unending questing in improving my self in the terms fo scholarly excellence and magnifince?"
Well I just found out that you can always strike a balance in everything, be it in scholastic or real life. It sucks from time to time especially if you're ditch by your boss in crazy deadline week.
But anyway, I just finished my breakfast with another bunch of health buffs (middle age women obsessed with the fad of being sexy or coming into the verge of fad fitness) before hitting the gym when I just broke a glass.
Talk about premonitions. I am quite anxious since I know in the movies, that's when something bad happened to someone close to you, a glass or something fragile will break.
I am just lucky that my gizmoes were not the one who broke. Sheeez.
By the way I am still looking forward to the day and crossing my fingers that my perverse distubia is untrue.
