A new haircut in life

A few hours I go I had the sudden urge to try something new and radical. So when I sat with Glasses, in the 7:15 bus, I just thought of having my hair shaved!!!! With such a thought I went to the nearest student barbershop. Glasses went the idea of having a new haircut she never knew that I would really go for the weird idea I had in the bus XD

But she she had no choice but to get along with the idea so she just took pictures:

It felt strange for the first time because the barber did a fine damned job in removing all the hair from my freakin' head. Actually, while I was looking at the whole shaving part in the mirror, I felt so shocked seeing all my hair falling out with a buzz sound. I even looked like one of those those cheap dolls you buy in the wet market for 50 pesos!!!! I could really my scalp now!
The top part feels warm and sharp. I think it was due to the blade.... but it also felt liberating. Maybe this is how those monks feels like in the Buddhist temple.

When I was in taking some units in Asian history way back in my college days, we had a interview with a nun/monk in one of those temples. And she said that the main reason for them having shaved heads is for the liberation of the spirit and especially for being not behaving like a vain person. "If you look in the mirror in the morning and you have long hair" she said ," you will always have the problem on how to style your hair".

But for me it was the thought of simply saving some money on shampoo and conditioner and the effort of combing your hair.
